Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As a small business, we take great care in preparing every order and truly appreciate your support. Should you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.
Standard Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us if you wish to return an item for a change of mind. Once your return request is approved, the item must be returned within 14 days.
Refunds for returns are processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned item, following a reasonable inspection. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only, in line with security measures.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a standard return, items must be:
- Unused products
- In their original packaging, with all tags and labels intact
- Free from damage, marks, or signs of wear
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used hair care or beard care products.
Return Postage
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage for all standard returns and exchanges.
If an item is faulty and damaged upon delivery, we will cover the cost of return postage and, where applicable, the redelivery of the correct or replacement item.
Unapproved or Rejected Returns
Please do not send items back without first requesting and receiving return authorisation. Any items returned without approval may be refused.
If returned items are found to be used and damaged, or otherwise not in a resaleable condition, we reserve the right to decline a refund. Customers may request that rejected items be returned to them; however, all associated postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incomplete Returns
All returns are carefully inspected upon arrival. If an item is returned in a damaged or incomplete condition, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount to reflect the loss in value or, where appropriate, refuse the refund entirely.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, please email us at suryablends@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include the following information:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Whether you would like a refund or an exchange
Once approved, we will provide the correct returns address and further instructions. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed.
Late or Missing Refunds
Refunds are usually processed within 14 days of receipt and inspection of your returned item. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 5–10 working days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
If you have not received your refund after this time, we kindly ask that you check with your bank before contacting us for further assistance.
Customs & Import Duties
Customers are responsible for paying any customs or import duties on international orders. Surya Blends accepts no responsibility for any additional charges incurred after an order has been dispatched.
