Shipping Policy
At Surya Blends, we aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of receipt (Monday to Friday). During busy periods, dispatch may take up to 72 hours. While we do our best, we cannot guarantee same-day dispatch.
You will always receive a dispatch confirmation email or text to the contact details provided at checkout.
UK Mainland Delivery
We offer the following delivery options for UK mainland customers:
Standard Delivery – 3-5 Working Days (Tracked) – from £3.20
- Orders are delivered within 3-5 working days (excluding public holidays) from dispatch.
- Standard delivery is fulfilled via Evri (formerly Hermes).
- Free standard delivery is available for orders over £39.
Next Day Delivery – 1-2 Working Days (Tracked) – from £4.10
- Orders are delivered within 1-2 working days (excluding public holidays) from dispatch.
- Delivery services include Royal Mail, Evri, or Amazon Logistics, selectable at checkout.
For all UK delivery options, a tracking code will be sent to your email or phone number. If misplaced, we can resend it upon request.
European Delivery
We ship to many European countries. Delivery times and costs vary depending on your location and order weight.
- Delivery services include DHL, UPS, and Royal Mail.
- Prices are calculated at checkout.
- A tracking code will be emailed so you can monitor your parcel.
North America (USA / Canada)
For orders to North America:
- Please allow an extra 1-2 working days for processing.
- Delivery services include DHL and UPS.
- Prices are calculated at checkout.
- A tracking code will be emailed for parcel tracking.
Rest of the World
We deliver to customers worldwide. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us, and we will do our best to arrange delivery.
International Standard Delivery – via Royal Mail International Standard
- Delivery aims to take 5-7 working days from dispatch.
- Please allow additional time during busy periods such as Christmas.
- Prices are calculated at checkout.
- A tracking code will be emailed for tracking your parcel.
Shipping FAQs
Do I have to pay Import Duty or VAT charges?
- Duties or VAT may apply for international orders. If unsure, please contact us for guidance before placing your order.
I haven’t received my delivery.
- Please allow up to 10 working days for UK deliveries and 20 working days for international deliveries during busy periods.
- If your order still hasn’t arrived, contact us at suryablends@gmail.com, and we will investigate.
Can I change my shipping address?
- You may update your shipping address before the order is dispatched. Contact us immediately to make changes.
- Once an order is dispatched, the address cannot be amended.
My parcel is being returned to sender.
- Parcels may be returned due to an incorrect address, undeliverable location, or damage.
- If a parcel is returned, we must wait to receive it before rescheduling delivery.
- Rescheduled deliveries will incur an additional shipping charge equal to the original cost.
My item was delivered to the wrong address.
- Orders are delivered only to the address provided at checkout.
- Customers must retrieve parcels from the incorrect address or place a new order if retrieval is not possible.
My parcel arrived damaged.
- Please check the contents immediately.
- If the contents are damaged, take photos of the packaging and items and email them to suryablends@gmail.com.
